| Okay--I'm in. I'm not a sleepyhead by a long shot, but my good intentions of exercising before breakfast goes out the window if I am not accountable to someone else. I know in my head how much better I feel, with tons more energy for the rest of the day, if I Just Do It!!! I still don't do it. I'm good for four days a week. I love to walk early, but we haven't seen the sun for nearly a week, and the forecast is for rain until at least next Friday. LooksDeceiving pledges 2 days per week Desihue pledges 2 days per week Slapshot pledges 4 days per week Quiltkat pledges 3 days a week Marlieben pledges 4 days a week SunnySmile501 pledges 4 days a week

| Hi Sunnysmile501, Okay, i didn't ask for permission as nothing i read indicated i should. What i did find and read was this -- (Challenge Leaders and Challengers)That says regarding contacting a mod if you don't think as a challenge leader you will finish let a moderator know but doesn't speak about having to obtain permission before posting a challenge. Unless i completely missed the part you speak about, maybe its posted someplace else? Can you link me to the other rules that indicate what you are talking about? i would rather not start something then have it get pulled disappointing others who have already joined because i missed rules? Thanks! smiles, i thought the graphic was cute lol and SO true for me when i work out in the mornings! Glad to have you join! angel |

| I'm in. I definitely need this b/c I can't seem to get in the groove of exercise. So, this will hopefully motivate me. I pledge to wake up 4 days a week at 6 a.m. to exercise. Do we need to come here each day to report whether we completed the workout? |

| Hi barringtonswifey, I am going to do a chart today of everyone's pledges and then post an updated chart every Monday morning, unless people feel it would be more motivating to post it daily. I have no preference as i hope everyone will use this thread as motivation to accomplish this goal, so if you feel comfortable stating the days you don't get to it and the days you do that is fine. I will take all the information given every week and give an updated chart every Monday. Glad to have you. angel |

![]() Okay, I couldn't figure out how to chart it, so i had to picture it. Here is the chart for the next week. Simply post daily if you have worked out OR post when you have worked out and I will update the chart and add next week thereafter. GOOD LUCK AND WAKE UP FOR EXERCISE!!!! angel |
