| I am so thankful for this challenge! After only a short cardio workout before breakfast yesterday morning, I was still rockin' & rollin' at bedtime last night. Could hardly wait to get up this morning and do it again! I did 30 minutes of core work this morning. | laughs, omg i am sitting here and i can't WAIT for tomorrow morning when i scheduled myself to do this. I know i will be bleary eyed and tired tomorrow morning at 5 am heading to the gym for 30 minutes minimum of HIIT, but that's why i wanted this challenge to feed off the success and motivation of you all. THANKS FOR BEING SO AWESOME. I hope in 2 months time, i am up to your 4 days a week doing this and then 5!! angel |
