| I walked on the treadmill this morning! Yippee!!! It was so hard but I felt 100% better after I was done. Thank God for this challenge, it has helped me tremendously! I missed a regular workday, so I will be up tomorrow morning by 8 am to workout. I have a volunteer thing tomorrow; so, it's like a workday....I will do better next week! | I would like to sign up for the remainder of the month if it's not too late. I already do this by myself because my friends that were my accountability partners have backed out. I'd appreciate the support from board members. I'm doing a 3 day a week run this month because I've been getting lazy since doing this on my own. Let me know if I can still sign up. Thanks! |
