| OMG you folks are AWESOME!! I am so proud of everyone -- sorry i have been slammed over the last couple days, but i also got my 2nd AM work out in Thursday!!! I grins am kinda cheatin i think -- my trainer is going to train me in the morning one day a week after i told her about this to help me get it done as she knows i am too easily excuse making.
