Did my exercises all weekday this week....also feel like jogging this weekend but dont think those will be morning exercises. Have a great weekend all.

Mikaella I am sure you may be able to join up but I will allow the challenge starter to make the decision....but keep exercising in the mean time so you will hit the ground running.

I'm pretty sure you can join. That's the reason that it is set up by the week and month. This is what the challenge starter decided:

We will be making this an ongoing challenge. It has helped us tremendously in getting up and getting going on the exercise. We just need to make a commitment to the other challengers for accountability. This is a great group.

OMG you folks are AWESOME!! I am so proud of everyone -- sorry i have been slammed over the last couple days, but i also got my 2nd AM work out in Thursday!!! I grins am kinda cheatin i think -- my trainer is going to train me in the morning one day a week after i told her about this to help me get it done as she knows i am too easily excuse making.

I have posted this updated list for the week and have zeroed out everyone's week so we can start week 2. AWESOME JOB. Barringtonswifey, i corrected the list for you.
