| Hi Norm....Wow great routine..Just reading it made me tired..I'm going to check out that site...my issue is I get bored easy with routines...so I like mixing it up and finding new things to do.I go to the gym 4 times a week free weights cardio etc...as for the 1,000 reps--->thats insane.... I get in anywhere from 35 to 50 reps, thats me theres others that do alot less and some that surpass that by a mile...do what you can but dont hurt yourself!
