| I'm a newbie at this ... but count me in! I'm just starting a running/jogging program so I'm not sure what kind of number I can actually achieve .... I've never run or anything before so I guess I'll shoot for 30 pedestrian (walk/Jog/run) miles and 40 on my bike (Hybrid road type) ....something else I'm just picking up this month. Will that work?

Your miles always count. The ones that you did in May, will help you to get even more in June! Also, welcome to Dez and welcome back to mommajen and Alexa. Today I did 15 miles on the bike. | Hi, As a dog hiker I hike about 60 miles a week, I am going to double it. So I will do 480 miles a month...My own dog is going to love me even more.. Now how do I report this/track it on the board..I am still new to this |
