| Glad to see you are already posting! Great start. Today I see how many I can do without stopping. I did 30! Last month I could only do 17 so in one month I have already seen an improvement. Tomorrow is my first work day though. 3 sets of 20-12-8. (Its the "perfect pushup" program.
