| Thanks for the encouragement Norman. You know what I took your advice and I did it. Everytime I got up I squatted a bit and it added up. I did make goal. I hope everyone are ready for some more squatting this month. It is an easy exercise which shapes you up nicely. If you are tired of it try combining it with some kicks or leg raises. Guilt is a *****, I'm very glad you did reach goal. No reason being even slightly burdened by guilt.
