Wow! It's August already! Where has this summer gone? But we still need to keep those abs strong so sign up here for this months challenge.

This challenge is open to everyone and there is no cut-off date so you can sign up anytime during the month. Just put your name on the list in alphbetical order and tell us how many exercises you pledge to do. Mine will look like this: 0/2000. Then post your numbers as you do the exercises.

Please be sure to always copy and paste the LAST post in the thread so that no one else's numbers get left off.

At the end of the month, awards will be given to the people who make their goals.
