| Hi Pretty, Yes, minutes count! This is a minute and or mileage challenge. You set your goal either in how many minutes you want to exercise for, or how many miles you want to go, for the month of August. You will be responsible for keeping track of your mileage and or minutes by posting them when you report in each time you exercise. Sherri

| OK here is another one I can join! I have and elliptical trainer...do I have to pledge how much b4 I start? I have lost 1 day already as it is 2 Aug here. I reckon I can start off with 10 mins a day and build up - haven't been too well or fit lately.

| Hello Masomaso, Welcome to the challenge. ![]() This is a minute and or mileage challenge. You set your goal either in how many minutes you want to exercise for, or how many miles you want to go, for the month of August. You will be responsible for keeping track of your mileage and or minutes by posting them when you report in each time you exercise. It's your choice of which days to get your mileage and minutes in. Just as long as you reach your minute/mileage goal by September 1st. For instance, if you're going to do 10 minutes "everyday" then you would set a goal for 300 minutes for this month. Sherri

| Thanks for the prompt reply and I have one more question - if I do other exercise is it counted or just my Elliptical pledge?
