Summer's almost over but we still need to keep those abs firm, so sign up and report here for this months challenge.

Put your name on the list in alphabetical order and tell us how many exercises you pledge to do. Mine will look like this: 0/2000. Then update your numbers as you go.

People who make their goal will receive an award at the end of the month.
