| 15 minutes gazelle 53/150 It's not much but it was good to work that muscle out on my calf. 1/2 mile 15 minutes, not bad. Great job Mary! Everyone!

| It's better Mary, thanks for asking. I'll be able to get a mile in tomorrow I think. I'll give my best go anyways. Remember challengers to challenge yourself. Always looking to beat each time or distance. I noticed today i'm ready for a little more resistance in my workout. Lean back when you're gazellling and run uphill and then push down on those handles and go down hill. This wil tone you like you won't believe. I notice my arms actually have veins popping out. LOL I have veins! and could feel it in my maximus and abs.

| as Jim Carey in the mask would say, SOMEBODY STOP ME" LOL 25 minute mile on Gazelle today. I was just going to go on for ten minutes and I was feeling so good or a song would come on and i'd step it up. Getting a good work-out with the resistance and making sure i'm moving my waiste in strides. Getting those arms on top of the handles working the shoulders and back. Felt good! I also notice that even when i'm done, i'll keep going untill the song i'm listening to, stops. Gives me that extra push. 78/150 gazelle

| WHOOOOOYAAAAA! I did a 20 minute mile and a six minute cool down to beat my highest time for this month. I'm happy! 26 minutes gazelle today 1.2 miles 104/150
