| what i plan on doing this month is working with my weights. i need to do more of that. i'm barely making my goal the last few months but i'm going to up my goal to 250 minutes.

| Hi -- I'd like to join here please. That will give me a reason to actually use the ball that I've had for a while. Time to blow it up again. Not sure exactly what I'll be doing yet, but I'll commit to 200 minutes this month. That's a start .......

| i just took a look at the length of this challenge. 43 straight running months! we've had 3 leaders... saty, biogeek and myself. it started out as a stability ball push up challenge and grew into what we have today. the award for the challenge didn't come till about 14 months later. i may have to go back through and see how many minutes we completed as a group. but now right now. lol
