| Hello Everyone, I am watching the biggest loser right now and really would like to join in on this challenge if it is not too late. I had major surgery 2 weeks ago and still have four-six weeks before I can really work out but I can still walk and will do that until my doctor clears me to so more working out. So if can join by goal is 2 pounds for the week. | Body For Life is a bodybuilding (with cardio) program. A group of did the 12-week challenge unofficially last year. I had great results but stopped during the second month after the sudden death of my mom. The same bunch is doing it again but I'm going in for surgery. I WILL complete those 12 weeks (and more) some day (hopefully early next year). p.s. We do the BFL workout but with our own diet/eating plans.
