It does take effort first to get up and go and then to get moving trying to keep up with the others. I do feel good once I am there and after a class I am proud of myself. Most of the classes are also "fun" because of the instructors, so that is why I keep going. They say find something fun to do for exercise and you will keep doing it. Well that is half the battle.

| mission - you are doing it, be proud of yourself. I'm checking in with day 2 - I did 12 minutes on the 'fanny lifter' [I'm going to go up 2 minutes a day]. It was tough, but got thru it...hoping my 'fanny' will benefit! |

| 11 minute walk around the park, accompanied by a parade of drunk students fresh into university. They'll run out of drinking money in a week, make actual friends and stop going everywhere in packs, and the neighbourhood will settle back down
