Default October Squat Challenge - Sign up here

It is time for the the October Squat Challenge.

I will be my honour get it going for Char (Charks) who will be back a little later in the month to take it over.

Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts. I have been doing them with twist and kicks lately for a variation. Great fun.


Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.

We try to report as soon as we have done some. I squat every other day. Some people do some every day (like then they brush teeth or just stand there )
