| I am going to modify my goal--just realized that the weather is going to cool off enough that water aerobics is going to be too chilly soon-will have to switch to cardio instead. But I am still going to shoot for 1500. chinadoll 0/1500 trimedu 0/1200 |

| Hi everybody! How do I sign up for this challenge? jills got 0/1500..is that in minutes or repetitions? sorry, I really don't understand... I plan to workout 3/week including upper/lower (cardio not included) should I sign up in another thread for cardio? |
