| Welcome barrnone and Taters Momma! I'm glad to see you join. Just a hint for Taters Momma, it would be better if you did 20 reps every other day so that your muscles have time to heal and grow between exercises. It really does make a difference. I spent 2 months working out everyday and it seemed to get harder instead of easier but when I started taking that rest day, I got much stronger. I hope this helps. |
