| 250 again for me. that seemed to be a bit of a challenge last month so i'll stick with it.

| I can't believe I'm doing this........ but I did it last time around with Atkins, and it was a real motivation to do some different exercises. With everything else I'm doing, and a holiday weekend for travel, let's try 200 minutes

| i have no doubt that you will make goal and earn another award. glad to have you joining us, kntrylady! oh gosh, try those yoga and ball exercises! the link is in the first post [hopefully, it still works]. i did a few of those last challenge and it made me feel like i've never been on the ball in my life!
