| I'm already doing 3 exercise challenges this month, but I am planning to do those all on the same days three days a week. That being the case, I will sign up for some treadmill miles on three other days of each week. Put me down for 25 miles. I'm not sure I will get there, but I know I need to be more consistant on the walking.
