I will be be hosting the DECEMBER 2011 Mileage Challenge. Everyone is welcome to join.
The challenge begins Dec 1, although you can join at any time. There is no cut-off date for joining. So if you didn't sign up by the first of the month, that is OK.
Any mileage counts.... walking, indoors, outdoors with DVD's, jogging, using pedometers, machines, bikes, stationary or otherwise.
You must use your own power.
To join, add your name to the list, alphabetically, with your goal. (000/000)
Make sure to copy/paste the LAST post when you update so nobody loses their miles,
or hit reply with quote and just remove the "quote" words.
You are not in a race with anyone. You are only challenging yourself.
No goal is too low or too high. Challenges are your own numbers. So feel free to post your name and how many you want to do.

***And after you post your numbers, it is a good idea to look again at the post before yours to make sure you copied the previous/correct post. Sometimes someone else posts between the time we open the thread and we post, or we simply copy and paste a whole page back, and then all the numbers have to be corrected.
