Question about 30 day shred levels

How long did you stay on each level? I have seen a definite improvment in myself, but think I want to stay on level one for a while. I alternate between workouts buut have been doing for just over a week - so maybe 5 - 6 times. The trailer for the others scares me.....

I moved on after a couple weeks. Now I'm doing NMTZ and Boost Metabolism
