| Maybe you could wear a brace while working out? You could consider consulting with a psysiotherapist or doctor for better advice. Lower impact exercise might also be an option - cycling and swimming are easier on your joints. I mostly cycled & walked for exercise when I started because I have problems with my feet. Between the exercise & the 70lbs I've lost, I find that I can do a lot more now than I used to before I experience foot pain.

| Thanks Julie. I think a brace would be a good idea, will probably pick one up this weekend. Been putting ice on it, it's doing a little better today.

| I do the Cardio - cardio once in awhile - and I can see how it can be hard on ankles with all those sqats in it. Maybe try other videos as well that may be easier on it. Did it swell?

It didn't swell...it's just sore. Probably irritated a tendon or something that didn't heal properly. I also got the B. Blanks Ab bootcamp, which I did tonight. It's good cardio and not so hard on my ankles. I guess I'll be doing that one for a while. )Lisa
