| Oh boy, do I need encouragement in this area. By the end of the school day (and wearing my pedometer, I usually log up about 6 miles per day running around my classroom) all I want to do is sit down and read the paper. I know I should be doing crunches, lifting weights or something else like this. Any suggestions? |

| Try these - a long rubber cord for resistance stretching at your desk; a leg press thing under your desk; Read the paper while sitting on a big ball; read while walking; bounce as if riding a horse while watching TV.... Ready, set, Go! |

| That so true, i only lose weight when i exersize, and dont lose any when i skip it , but i get really bored of exersize indoors, im an outside kind a gal!!!
