| Re: The foot surgery date is... I can't even imagine the combination of emotions you are feeling right now. I'm really excited about you being able to run pain free; that is going to feel like... flying. Do you have to stop running until surgery?

| Re: The foot surgery date is... oh betty i am sorry to hear that. i have had a total of 5 foot surgeries. recovery is not fun BUT when you are done, you will feel MUCH better. do as the doctor says. you'll be "up and running" in no time...get it? up and running!!! ha ha.....UGH!

| Re: The foot surgery date is... Hi, Just had a major surgery myself...and found some comfort in listening to the guided imagery and possitive affirmations of Belleruth Naprostek. You can down load it from healthjourneys.com I highly recommend it! It helped me through BRAIN surgery! I was scared to but all went well and I'm recovering nicely. check it out! liz |
