| So far I have figured out that it is quite comfortable. I can nap on it I think I looked up some of the many exercise sites on the web and started to work in a couple of exercises. I have been doing the same kind of strength exercises for months and I know I have to change things up. I trained with the "strenght training for dummies" video and it was easy cause I had to do not thinking. But challenges are needed. I did dumbbell presses. Those went fine. I tried some flies - but I need to work on the form with those. I also used the bench to try some reverse crunches. The exercise bench was really good for push-ups. The lady push-ups had become easy for me. I still cannot do the toe ones. But using the bench and a straight body was a nice challenge. I was back to only barely managing 10 per set.
