| I call mine bingo wings. There was just a post on arm exercise here http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...huge-arms.html (Exercise for for huge arms?!?) I do triceps dips and other triceps exercises to try an tone that area. Push ups may help as well.

| Are you talking about the fat that sticks out over the top of your bra on your sides? If so, I know there were weight machines I used at the gym that were supposed to be for your back and shoulders. I wonder if that machine would be useful for that? Sorry, I can't think of the name of it now.

| Lateral pulls on the machine at gym will work those muscle areas if you are talking about the stuff that spills out your bra on your sides, just under your armpit. If you are talking about the arm flab that dangles below your upper arm, tricep workouts like bench dips and bicep workouts will help tone those. Lifting weights consistently goes a long way when tightening up those obnoxious areas. |
