| Sounds normal to me. You are boosting your metabolic rate with the exercise, and your bod wants more food. One thing to look forward to, in the book it says a 'regular exerciser' can expect to have a CCLL of 90. So once you reach maintenance, you will be able to eat possibly 90 carbs a day and not gain. That leaves a lot of room for good whole grains and healthy fruits! But eat, already, some nice protein/fat for those hardworking muscles!

| Tell me if you think this is to much: Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 1/2 scoop of protein powder with splenda (2 carbs) Mid Morning: coffee (3 carbs) Lunch: Atkins Bar (2 carbs) For Dinner I plan on chicken breast with cheese (1) carb And a snack of cream cheese & pork rinds maybe...... Today I worked out on the treadmill doing alternate cycles of walking and running and burned about 300 cals. looking for input thanks!!

| You left out the vegetables in your post? It isn't Atkins without a minimum of 3 cups of vegetables off the approved lists!

| ok got it, veggies it is, i can dip veggies in the cream cheese instead of pork rinds.
