| I always wanted one of these, there are weight restrictions on them though, i should have got one at my lowest and then i might not have put the weight back on I hear it is very good form of exercise and its easy on the joints

| I love my mini tramp! It is such a workout. There are a ton of workouts for it, and it gives you a great work out when done right. My abs always hurt so bad the next day. I have seen great results in my bum and legs as well. I love love love it, and hope you can create a great workout and love it just as much!!!! Good luck. ps....gillian mckeen from you are what you eat swears that 15 minutes on the tramp is equivalent to an hour of jogging...just food for thought..... pss....here are some videos.....
