| It's tomorrow morning... Apparently my corral starts at 7.17a. I misjudged my time a little bit and thought I would be finishing at 2:45... well, my time was 2:44 when I walked the last 3 miles of a half, so I feel like I'll be closer to 2:15-2:30. Hopefully. I picked up the pace bracelet for 2:15, we will see if I can keep on track with it.

| Okay, I survived. With the most awful time of my life for a run that long... It was actually colder in PHilly than Siberia, and I definitely was not prepared to be running in below freezing temps.

| Great job on the half Lyssie. Sometimes finishing is a huge success in itself. I live in Michigan and I HATE this time of year. I will take way too hot over too cold any day. It's good to hear that you're already planning for the next one. I have been eating awful but am still getting the miles in. Thursday: 8 miles Saturday: 11 miles. The St. Judes Memphis Marathon is Saturday. I'm definitely not in my best shape, but I'll make it. Knowing I've raised money for those sick children will carry me through. Finishing a marathon is no problem compared to what those children are going through (Sorry for the side track). Congrats Lyssie on being a marathoner. RichF
