| Exercise will help. It keeps you healthy, your heart healthy and your metabolism high. To get the most of your walk start stepping it up. Make sure that you get that ticker ticking a bit (This is why walking is called cardio - you are supposed to exercise your heart) See if you can get that time down to 15 minutes. Yes the dancing is great - good for you. This will really help things going. To tighten lose skin you will need to work on some strength and weight exercises. We have challenges going for push-ups, abs and squats in the challenge forum. Just don't let it all overwhelm you. Take one step at the time. It is going to be a long journey.
