Cool Power 90 Dedication

Hi all,

I have decided to dedicate myself to doing Power 90 for the next 90 days Day 1 tomorrow Monday. I am going to do it in the morning before i get ready for work.

In addition to this, i am going to do the HIIT eliptical for 30 minutes 4x per week.

I had done this before but didn't finish the 90 days, even the little bit i did do showed results. After 90 days, i will reevaluate and see how things can be improved or taken to another level.

Please feel free to join me if you have any of the Tony Horton Power 90s.

or anything else you want to do for 90 days. This isn't a challenge thread just more of a 90 days of checking in for me to do to keep me on track and let people know what its like.

So how is that P90? I here its very challenging and expensive. I know its all over the net they say it works. Please tell me all about, do you need specifice equipment for it? Best Luck to you, maybe when your done with it you can hand it over ...

Hi Aniteli,

Wouldn't you know it lol the day i was supposed to start this, i screwed up my knee because i wore high heeled boots when i know better!! I have bad knees in general and wearing heels tends to make my knee act up, so i will be starting it Wednesday of this week.

All in all, its not really expensive -- usually when you buy the DVD's you get the rubberband thingies to work with. Many people buy 5 and 10 and 15 lb weights as they get use to it or they just use the bands that they send with it. To be honest, i never even used the weights last time i did it until after the first 30 days.

Other than buying the DVD's which you can also get on ebay and such, i am not sure what people believe you have to buy to use it. Now, i hear that P90X and such you need like some pullup bar and stuff like that but i don't use that program, i am just doing the very first one P90 which they recommend you do and redo an redo until you can do it very easily before considering P90X.

The way it works is there are two different levels within the P90 Cardio and Sculpt 1 and 2 and Cardio and Sculpt 3 and 4. You do 1 and 2 until you feel ready to move up to 3 and 4. Other than the rubber bands or your personal hand weights (which you should be sure not to go to heavy at the beginning, he even states don't use any until you feel ready too), there isn't anything else to buy unless you don't have a DVD player.
