| 1. You can't spot reduce, but you can absolutely strengthen your biceps/triceps and the muscle tone will definitely help the appearance of your arms. Other than that, you have to reduce the body fat percentage. What's left over is genetics and luck. You'll read lots about things like skin brushing and 10 billion supplements- but I have yet to meet anyone that these things actually worked for. ![]() As for the yoga mat, you can buy a non-slip one. They're about $30-$60. I prefer the thickly padded ones, myself. Off to see if I can find a link/picture.

| yeah that's what i thought, but i figured i'd make sure. I do yoga three times a week now, and the bootcamp workout daily, so i'm definitely not leaving it to chance....

| Tricep work and shoulder raises are good too if you work out with dumbbells. Push-ups are good. In yoga there is a move part of the sun salutation where you go into crocodile - that one is an arm killer

| Hey, yeah I do about 80 push ups a day i've figured right now. About 40-45 of my "jonathon" push ups, and another 30-40 in my workout, just depending.
