| Saturday, 3/7: 11.2 mile run on the trail. Farthest I've run since way last summer (prior to foot surgery). My goal is to build up to running 13.1 miles every Saturday morning, in addition to the 19 I run during the week and maintain that through the summer months. S L O W L Y but surely, I'll get there! | Betty, It is my plan to start running this spring. I was waiting till I had lost 30 lbs. Now I need to get over this diverticulitis flare up. I am thinking next week will be a good time to start. I already have my shoes. C25K here I come!

| I am here too...I HATE running, which is why I am determined to become a runner! I plan on starting tomorrow and want to run every day (even if it is just for a mile a day) until I build up my endurance! I will be posting every day as well!
