Hey there Betty.... I am definitely not as Cool as you are. I ran 30 miles last week in 6 days. I am a running rookie and I feel like I got hit with a Mack Truck. Good luck training for your race.

Ended up with a strong 8.5 mile run today, the last 1/2 mile of which was up and over a very steep overpass on the trail. 10 days to go til the 15k! Betty

No Betty, you're definitely not - I'm here, although I'm a wannabe more than anything else! I was wondering if you knew about the podcasts that someone has done, which are downloadable mp3's you can use to guide you on the C25K journey. Have you heard of those, and do you have a link? I just wanted to say you look absolutely stunning!!
