 tony little's gazelle, calories burned | |
| I have a gazelle wasting space in my basement because it never really felt like I was getting anything out of it when I used it. Today I went and looked up how many calories it burns (based off your weight since your body is the resistance) and for my weight it said it burned 13 calories a minute with moderate effort. What?! I don't get how that works, since I don't even hardly feel winded on that darn machine! Does anyone else have one of these things, and what is your experience with them? | |
