| I owwie, thats for sure lol. Some of them i find hard to do at all because I can't do pressure on my lower back from a lumbar injury years ago, but with a yoga mat or a pillow it might be easier. I really like the ankle touches and the ones that twist, it feels like i'm working more muscles that just the ones up top you get with crunches or sit ups.

| That's a cool site. I couldn't decide if I liked watching the little animated figures doing the exercise or finding that I might actually be able to do them. You have to admit...the animations are worth watching. Thanks for sharing!
