| IrishRain, maybe you need to work up slowly instead of starting with such a big workout, especially if you are not used to it. I don't know why you had those results, but I would suggest proceeding cautiously. |

| Ok, thanks. It's not that I'm not used to working out. At the beginning of the year I was going at it almost every day. It's just been a while since then and now. Haha. =P I'll take it easier next time.
