| I have one band. I think I would like to get one more that is longer (Just don't tell my DH) I like bands. They are good in the house for small spurts of strength training. Like when watching TV or just looking at the view or something.

| I got a kit that have super bands for resistance like weight training The strongest is 35lbs and you can also hook them together to make super bands LOL I am hoping with them taking up less room I will be inclined to start doing something like you said just watching TV that would be great. Sarah

| We use those bands in a group fitness class that I take. They're great and there are a lot of different exercised you can do with them. |
