| I think 10 minutes if you get your heart rate up will make a difference. Keep things going. Do what you can? Are you getting any meds for your depression?

| You bet - it is definitely better than nothing. Exercise for 20-30 minutes at a time (min) is recommended as the best way to do heart/lung conditioning (cardio), but that doesn't mean that other exercise doesn't count. It all burns calories and develops muscle...keep it up! I know how hard it can be to get going when you feel that way - congrats on getting moving.
