| I tried it once - the workout seemed ok - but the instructur drove me nuts - I wouldn't do it again. But I know people who love the workouts and have had success with them. Hope you find some buddies!

| Sorry I am not be a buddy either. I tried it once and it was tough. I think I am in better shape now maybe I should try it again. Good work on getting through it.
