| LOL I remember doing the same thing--both in the gym and with walking. I now look at good shoes as an investment and go through about 3-4 pairs a year. It's worth every cent not to have aches and pains when I work out. Good for you for figuring it out, John. |

| Really, really good tip - I should do that. The ones I have are just not comfortable anymore. I thought it was because I was tired. Heh heh, maybe my shoes are old!

| The shoes make a world of difference! I just bought a new pair today and Im hoping they help me with my trainer tonight since he is saying I have to make up for missing yesterday! Oh joy! haha |
