| You go girl! Every little counts in my book, after a few weeks of exercise you will see a difference. Not only that, you will feel better, and sleep better (when your not being woken up to feed baby) and you will have more energy! Keep it up xx |

| another 5kms today and 30mins floor work(crunches/leg lifts/squats etc type of thing) feeling good for someone who hasnt done much for at least the past 18months
