Eczema and Working out

If somebody could please give me some advice on how to prevent ezcema flare ups but still be able to work out for weight loss, I would really appreciate it. I am a college freshman, living on campus and I need to know what I can do as far as exercising goes. I've worked out in the past, but for the life of me I don't know how to prevent the flare ups, so I just stop working out and I don't like not working out at all.

I just wanted you to know that our family has been taking the Vidazorb chewable probiotics and we really LOVE them! They helped our son with his severe Eczema and allergies when no doctor nor medicine could. He was completely miserable with itching, crying and bleeding at one point. I am just so happy to say that our prayers have been answered and now that he has been on Vidazorb, he looks and feels fantastic! I have noticed an occasional flare now and then, including when he sweats, so I understand your situation.
