| There is something called the Abs diet. I have seen their book in the library but I have not read it. But in my humble opinion there is not diet you can really do that will target a special area of your body. You just have to keep losing fat and working on building the muscles in that area with abs work out and core strengthening exercises.

| RIght, I did a google search for absforum and found a forum that is just about abs. I suppose honestly I've taken the atkins diet as far as I need to since I've hit goal. Thx all. |
