| Any phyistherapist you can talk to about it sometimes? You could work on breathing exercises and postures. They help. There is an exercise we do in yoga sometimes which is just to draw in the abs (belly button to spine) while laying down. It flattens out the back if done right. I don't have back problems so I am not much support I am afraid. Also I am thinking that some of that tummy is that you like me are getting those hormonal changes happening and this is just one area of the body that is going to be rounder than we may hope for.

| Cindy, believe it or not sometimes back pain is caused a lot by pressure due to intestinal gas. I didnt believe this when my doctor told me but then I started to notice that when I am bloated and gassy my back is also acting up. Hmmm. I also have some great gentle exercises to stabilize your pelvis and strengthen your back but I cant really explain them properly here.
