| It is probably because you suddenly did something and the the body panicked and said what the heck is going on? I better hang on to all the water I have because I never know what comes next? Don't talk yourself out of exercising. I am sitting here at the computer even though I should be out there running. I need to get going. (I can be really good rationalizing why I should NOT do it. Therefore I follow a schedule that gives me really little choice in the matter. If I did not I would never exercise

| That's kind of what I was thinking. I'm not dreaming of talking myself out of exercising in the least! I have very few excuses -- I have a gym-quality elliptical, a bowflex, and a nice neighborhood in which to walk. I like to do it in the morning, though, for the metabolic benefit, and also because if I do it at night I have trouble sleeping. Earlier this year and last, that meant waking up at 5:30 to get to the gym by 6 so I could exercise before DH had to go to work (I have my kids to care for daily)... but now he works from home and typically doesn't start until 9, so... I am surprisingly not very sore after 4.5 hours of leaf-blowing, poop-scooping, mulch-making and mulch spreading yesterday. Just a little in my hamstrings. I do take a ton of supps. Been taking them for years. Pretty much what Atkins says in the book, including the Acetyl-L-Carnitine! Hmm... maybe I will go on a walk to the grocery store. It's a mile each way. Thanks for the encouragement. |
