| I run every other day. 6 K some days which is 3.7 miles and 10K (6.2 miles) maybe once a week. I have not issues with depleted glycerin stores or something like that. My body has adapted very well to using ketosis as a main burning style. Some of our members (like Betty) run marathons with absolutely very little carb in her system. Are you male or female? It is just a suspicion on my part but it looks to me like females do well on low carb and endurance but men may not.
