Hoping everyone had a great low carb day today....I had quite a day myself...will cut and paste some of the story I shared with Ever earlier So I don't have to re-type it.<br />
<br />
<font color="Blue">I saw my doctor this morning (he is so incredibly supportive, I can't tell you how much of a blessing he is in my life). He continues to be thrilled about my weight loss (told me today it's too bad I didn't sign up for the biggest loser LOL!!!!) and he continues to help me stay focused and positive with what I have accomplished and what I need to still get done....he's amazing and I am truly grateful for his support and guidance.<br />
<br />
So, while I was there, I showed him the &quot;lump&quot; in my stomach...he examined me and it turns out he's sending me back to the specialist (I saw during the summer) because I definitely have a lump in my stomach and we have to determine what it is....<b>GREAT</b> I say...not! <br />
<br />
It could be a hernia but we're not sure.....so there it is, that is where things stand. Received a phone call after arriving home from work (very quick response) and I now have an appointment to see the specialist on Dec 7th so that's not too far away. In the meantime I will continue to do everything I'm doing. If it is the hernia (from a surgery in 1999) my doctor wants the specialist to deal with it this time and fix it. When I saw him (the specialist) in the summer about the hernia he said it would just simply get better with more weight loss....well, if this is what the lump is....it did get a bit better but now it's in a bit of a different place and is <b>QUITE </b>a lump and is sore and I started to vomit last week from the pain I'm having from it....so, there it is. Thankfully it's not poking out anywhere from my naval...what a lovely sight that would be (I affectionately refer to my hernia as Ernie).....don't need Ernie making an appearance such as that! I don't want to be a walking &quot;Jack in the Box&quot;!!!!!<br />
<br />
<font color="Black">On the up side of things...I received my Kettlebell Training DVD today!!!! YIPPIE....I'm so excited to give it a shot!!! I looked at some moves (on You Tube) last week when I purchased it </font></font>and tried it out (It weighs 18 lbs)....LOVED it!!! But wasn't able to do a lot because I don't know a lot of moves. This DVD is AWESOME and I can't wait to try it out on Wednesday. I would try it out tomorrow night but we're going to a hockey game in the evening and once I'm done that I have to go to my office and work for a few hours.....so Wednesday night IS the Kettlebell scheduled night!!!! <br />

How's everyone doing this morning??? I hope everyone had a great weekend!<br />

What sort of plans do you have this week? How's the exercise routine going and what sort of exercises is everyone doing? I'm working out 6 days a week to a few different DVDs and having a blast with them. Using Slim in 6, Denise Austins Abs DVD, Turbo Jam and a cardio dance DVD.<br />
<br />
Don't forget to mix up your workout ever 6 weeks so that your system doesn't get use to the same routine.<br />
<br />
Drink plenty of water, eat properly and fit some form of exercise into your day....and don't forget your vitamins!<br />
<br />
