lunch - 2 ounces of steak, 2 carb EAS protein shake, 3 ounces of               mozzarella cheese and about 5 ounces of salami (5)<br />
 <br />
dinner - tialpia (2small filets) with crabmeat (1)<br />
            mashed cauliflower (4-5 tablespoons) (4)<br />
            two crab stuffed button mushrooms (3)<br />
            5 tablespoons of butternut squash soup (couldn't resist) (4)<br />
 <br />
total net carbs = about 18 or 20<br />
 <br />
note that the crab stuffing consisted of egg, shallot, parmesan cheese and seasoning, cauliflower had cream and cheese in it and the salami and cheese listed zero carbs on the label.</div>

Im still tired, and nauseated, but im getting through.  I'm hoping to get on the Wii tonight for at least 20 mins, i probaby wont do the biggest loser program yet, i'll do the wii fit for sure.  I re-read the induciton chapter lastnight, read the carb count for onions--HOLY CARBS BATMAN!!!  makes sense since they are sweet, but i was still shocked <br />

i put a bra on today that used to be tight around, and now it fits properly!!  my closet has been getting a good cleaning too because as i try something on, if it's too big, i've been giving it away.</div>

So I know that I am not in induction, right? but I am fairly low in carbs? I have been doing this for two weeks but the scale says I weigh the exact same however people say that I look like I am doing something different, perhaps losing weight is how they say it. <br />
I would like to start induction but will it be THAT much different from what I have been doing? What is the best way to begin and if I do it correctly for two weeks, am I guarenteed to lose weight?<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>OK, I have been on induction for a week now. I have dropped 5 to 10 lbs give or take some water weight. I can do extended induction as it's agreeing with me prety well, but I'm going to have problems at Thanksgiving. I dont really plan on worrying about atkins on thanksgiving day at all, but even if I were to stay towards the meats and away from the stuffing, its not gonna be no-destrose-meats and such, as I'm not cooking it. How much will blowing it off for one day hurt? Will it move me out of ketosis? If not, will it just give me cravings? I know 'there will always be a reason to go off for a day', but Thanksgiving is a one time a year deal, and it's been a big deal for my family since I was a kid. I wont have a prob at Christmas, or my birthday...just Thanksgiving.</div>
